Gemäß der Richtlinie des Gemeinsamen Bundesausschusses bewertet die Praxis gemäß § 3 jährlich den Ist- Zustand des QM- Systems. Diese Analyse erstreckt sich über alle Räumlichkeiten und Bereiche der Praxis. Mit dieser kontinuierlichen Überprüfung soll die Wirksamkeit des internen QM- Systems ständig überprüft werden. in einem dafür entwickelten Formblatt werden alle Bereiche der Praxis nach festgelegten Kriterien überprüft. Nachfolgende Kriterien und deren Bedeutung für die Praxis stehen zur Verfügung.
